- Book: Run Faster- from the 5K to the Marathon
- 2012 Baseline Record - Keep a record of all your baseline achievements and at the end, compare your results! :)
- Join Crossfit or start taking Bodypump classes (available at most gyms)
- Buy Workout DVDs - Total Body Toning or Rapid results Pilates

ReplyDeleteThese are great tips. I've wanted to take classes at my gym, but get cold feet about going alone. I always chicken out & hop on the elliptical. Maybe one day, I'll be brave enough to conquer a class.

GREAT post!! I really like this video!! It's super inspiring!! I like to have dvds, yoga mats, swiss ball and hand weights around so if I don't feel like running or the gym I have tons of at home options!! :)

Nike always boosts me up! I have a Nike app on my iPad that has awesome workouts on it for all levels! It is called Nike training club!
