One of my “resolutions” this year was to stress less. As crazy hard as it seemed, I think that I am doing much better with it. My job can be demanding and stressful most of the time and I think most of the stress I carry is at work.
I have always sat back and envied those that can just let things roll off their shoulders and move on – when that same seemingly small thing would drive me crazy and stress me out for hours/days.
Still a work in progress, but definitely seeing a bit of progress.
