One of my "resolutions" this year was to stress less. As crazy hard as it seemed, I think that I am doing much better with it. My job can be demanding and stressful most of the time and I think most of the stress I carry is at work.
I have always sat back and envied those that can just let things roll off their shoulders and move on - when that same seemingly small thing would drive me crazy and stress me out for hours/days.
Still a work in progress, but definitely seeing a bit of progress.
What are your favorite stress relieving techniques?
First of all, you look fabulous. This may be a laid back look, but you still look amazing and well put together. Now let's talk about stress... meditating, working out, and praying helps me. Sometimes talking to someone who knows me well can help. Seeking advice about a stressful situation can help you look at the positives or look at the whole thing in a different way.

A wonderful resolution. Sometimes, it helps to remind yourself that stressing will not change a situation. Half the battle is your state of mind and in stressful situations I try to take a step back to look at the bigger picture. It helps a lot!
